How to work with partner channels in Babkee

Last update: 16.06.2026

Channels in Babkee system are the statistical entities. We link campaigns and receive revenue via these entities.

For 1-click partners (Yahoo, Spigot, etc.) these entities are unlimited, so we generate channels on our end and get statistics on them.

For 2-click partners (Google feed) we provide a limited number of “channels”. On average, there are about 2 thousand channels per partner.

Channel name can have different formats and may consist of letters, numbers or their combinations.

The total number of available channels in Babkee can be found in Channel Revenue Report.

If no filters are selected, the Free channels count shows the total number of available channels in the system for all partners and websites.

By default, all channels are shared by all teams. In some cases, a certain number of channels may be reserved for a team. In this case, when generating URLs, channels from those reserved pool are taken first, and if there are no channels available, then the system would take free channels from the general list. You can check the possibility of booking a pool of channels for your team with technical support by sending a message via Babkeebot in Telegram.

The system logic implies that buyers immediately upload their campaigns after generating the URLs. If Babkee tracks zero activity on a campaign, the channel may be cleared and returned back to the general list of available channels. This can happen in the following cases:

  • if buyer had generated the link but did not upload the campaign into the ad sourse;

  • if the campaign with used channel had been stopped;

  • if the campaign is successfully uploaded and active, but it shows zero revenue for several days (3-5 days).

In these cases, once a day all channels are checked by the system bot and automatically cleared if they fall under one of the conditions described above. This is done to make sure that the channels are used efficiently, especially if the partner provides a small pool of channels.

There is no limit for users on the number of occupied channels in the system. Each buyer should make his own decision on the optimal necessary number of URLs for his campaigns.

FAQ:

1 'There are no free channels for this adgroup' error message during URL generation

This error means that there are no available channels for the campaign with the selected parameters (partner or website). You can try to obtain some channels by:

  • checking your list of occupied channels by campaign in Channel Revenue Report. It may have suitable channels occupied by zero or low-revenue campaigns that can be cleared and re-used for new campaigns;

  • waiting a while (e.g. one day) for the system to check all occupied channels and possibly clear the ones that may fit your parameters;

  • sending a request to Babkee support in Telegram (via babkeebot), where specialist will manually check the system to see if there are anyavailable channels. When contacting, please do not forget to specify the partner, site and the number of channels required.

2 The channel statistics displays unknown revenue that which should not be there

In newly occupied channel the revenue displays residual clicks and campaign revenue from the previous channel owner. They will gradually wane so you can ignore these numbers.

3 Is it possible join the channel to an old adgroup?

Yes, you can do that. To link a channel to an adgroup, you need to click Generate link on the adgroup. You can do it in the list of adgroups in Campaigns - Campaign List
